1) Are you really fit?
a - Each student should download google fit and create an account. Then, they should set a goal. (Suggested goal 10,000 strides/day).
b- The students should track their activity for a week.
c - Create a shared google sheet with the name of all your students (COLUMN 1) and the days of the week (1ST ROW)
d - After a week each student writes the results on the shared google sheet.
e - Ask the students to make graphs to discuss individual and group results.
2) Raising awareness
a - Create an interactive presentation explaining to other teenagers the benefits of doing sports and group sports. The mix should include audio, text and images.
